Cynthia has over 15 years of experience working with young girls and women as a Ministry leader. Currently, she holds a position on the Women of Promise Committee at Promised Land Covenant Church (PLCC) serving the women in the church and the community through mentoring, counseling, teaching, team building, organizing and implementing outreach events in the community.

Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lehman College and has worked at Bellevue Hospital. She currently is working as a Public Health Nurse for the NYC DOHMH. She also raised her son as a single mother until she married her husband, Tito, in 2012. Her home has been used as a haven for homeless under-served young adults.

She holds to heart the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:36 as her statement to living life – “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.”
